Dr. Sumimoto Seiji was born at Japan in 2nd of December 1901. In 1925 he received the graduation degree in natural science from the famous Kiyoto University. Then he joined the Navy of Japan. Until his retirement he worked as a Deputy Chief of Naval staff of Japan Navy. Later Japan’s Navy provided him scholarship for the higher research on petroleum and mining.
He received his PhD degree with great success in 1936. He joined the 2nd world war for his country in 1945. After retirement in 1955 he formed the Sumimoto Scientific Institute after his name.

DR. SUMIMOTO SEIJI was a responsible man in his family life. He was reputed for his amicable, friendly and hospitable nature. He is the father of six sons and one daughter. He always acknowledged the contribution of his wife. After his death, the responsibility of the SUMIMOTO SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTE was shouldered by his successor. DR. SUMIMOTO SEIJI expired in 16th October 1982.
DR. SUMIMOTO SEIJI received the highest award from the Japanese Government for invention of the Nephron System. Besides, he earned many other national and international awards.

The Nephron System has been endorsed by the International Standard Organization (ISO) the certificate number. being ISO 14001.
The Nephron System is a member of CIMAC. CIMAC is an international organization relating to combustion engine. Its headquarter is located in Frankfurt, Germany. All the new inventions of the combustion engine receive certificate through presentation of its research paper in the CIMAC seminar and thereafter it acquires the competence for marketing.
